Greene Enterprise, a waste management services company, Inbergune Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and Castellano Manchega de Limpiezas, company providing waste management solutions, completed the investment in Valogreene CML, a company managing industrial waste and producing bio-oil. Financial terms were not disclosed.
