Clear Junction to acquire Altalix.

Clear Junction, a cross-border payments solutions provider, agreed to acquire Altalix, a UK-based fintech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a pleasure to work with the management team at Altalix, and the wider team while they were a Clear Junction client.
