Eigenmann & Veronelli completed the acquisition of IMEA Technologies.

Eigenmann & Veronelli, an international specialty chemicals company, completed the acquisition of IMEA Technologies, a regional distributor of specialty chemicals, specialized in industrial market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In line with our strategic vision to be an established international solutions provider, we are delighted to welcome IMEA Technologies to the E&V Group.
