Persistence Capital Partners-backed MedSpa Partners completed the acquisition of Brian S. Biesman.

Persistence Capital Partners-backed MedSpa Partners, a company acquiring North America's leading Medical Aesthetics clinics, completed the acquisition of Brian S. Biesman, a Nashville-based Oculoplastic surgeon. Financial terms were not disclosed.
