ECI Partners to acquire Commify from Hg Capital for €300m.

ECI Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Commify, a provider of business messaging products and services to SMEs and corporate customers, from Hg Capital, a private equity firm for €300m. "Commify has built a differentiated position in an exciting global market, and with messaging becoming the number one customer engagement channel, there is a clear and compelling growth opportunity across Europe, the US and Australia.
