Tuthill completed the acquisition of EaglePicher Technologies.

Tuthill, a privately held business with a 130-year history of industrial manufacturing, completed the acquisition of EaglePicher Technologies, a privately held, American, manufacturing company known for its battery technology, energetic devices and battery management systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It’s taken 130 years for Tuthill to reach this place – a place where we are able to join forces with a company like EaglePicher.
