VINCI Energies completed the acquisition of Inprocon from Evolver Equity.

VINCI Energies, a company that offers industrial mechanics, thermal engineering, information networks, power transmission, solar farms, and telecommunications infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Inprocon, one of Sweden’s providers of fire protection solutions, from Evolver Equity, a Finnish private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
