Arthur J. Gallagher & Co completed the acquisition of Lifesure Group.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, completed the acquisition of Lifesure Group, a provider of personal lines insurance broking services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Lifesure has an excellent reputation for client relationships and will enhance our UK retail capabilities in the niche personal lines space.
