Xelya completed the acquisition of Odéale.

Xelya, a software company in Saint-Cloud, France, completed the acquisition of Odéale, publisher of Sociel, an ERP software package for the management of SAP and homecare structures. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2005, Xelya is a publisher of ERP software (business software), mainly for homecare structures (private and associative), but also for law firms and SMEs in the tertiary sector.
