Beacon completed the acquisition of S&H Building Material Corporation.

Beacon, a distributor of residential and non-residential roofing materials, completed the acquisition of S&H Building Material Corporation, a roofing supply store in Medford, New York. Financial terms were not disclosed. We are pleased to welcome S&H’s employees and customers to the Beacon team.
