Pfingsten Partners completed the acquisition of Pacific Lasertec.

Pfingsten Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pacific Lasertec, a manufacturer of specialty lasers and related power supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PLT creates significant value for its customers through its technical expertise and highly consultative problem-solving approach.
