PHM Danmark completed the acquisition of Taurus Ejendomsadministration from Taurus Investment Holding and Keystone Partner Holding II.

PHM Danmark, a property services group, completed the acquisition of Taurus Ejendomsadministration, a property management company, from Taurus Investment Holding, a real estate company, and Keystone Partner Holding II, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We will be able to join forces between two strong companies to provide even better services in the area of comprehensive property management and service production. This will also provide us with more opportunities to develop our operations from the perspectives of digitalisation and smart solutions, for example,” Thomas Windtberg, Ejendomsvirke CEO.
