Biobest Group completed the acquisition of an 85% stake in Biotrop Participações from Aqua Capital and GIC in a €532m deal.

Biobest Group, an integrated pest management strategies and biocontrol, completed the acquisition of an 85% stake in Biotrop Participações, a biotechnology company, from private equity firms Aqua Capital and GIC, in a €532m deal. ”Biotrop is a one-of-a-kind company, as a market leader driving change towards the use of biologicals in agriculture and delivering high margins.
