Servly Group completed the acquisition of EP-Service Kyl & Maskin.

Servly Group, a brand-independent and provider of installation and service of white goods and other home products, completed the acquisition of EP-Service Kyl & Maskin, a provider of laundry equipment sales, installation, and repair services for property owners and condominium associations. Financial terms were not disclosed. EP-Service has been operating for several generations with a focus on service and installation of household appliances and professional laundry equipment. With EP-Service, Servly has a large and fine platform of employees with high competence and extensive experience for increased expansion in the region.
