Tenable, a cybersecurity and exposure management company, completed the acquisition of Ermetic, an Israel-based, fully integrated, cloud-native application protection platform company and provider of cloud infrastructure entitlement management, for $265m. “We will have an opportunity to put additional market-leading cloud security capabilities into the hands of tens of thousands of customers.
