Basalt Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of Fortbrand Services from Wincove Private Holdings.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Fortbrand Services, a ground support equipment maintenance services provider, from Wincove Private Holdings, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Fortbrand is a leading provider of mission critical equipment for the air transportation industry and is well positioned in a market with emerging trends toward electrification and decarbonization.
