Acrisure UK MGA completed the acquisition of Modus Underwriting.

Acrisure UK MGA, a provider of solutions to the insurance market, completed the acquisition of Modus Underwriting, an insuretech MGA. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our partnership with Modus, with their specialism in property, complements our current AUK capabilities which have been historically more liability-orientated – enabling us to offer a full suite of products to our broker partners,” Mark McIlquham, Acrisure UK President.
