Prosero completed the acquisition of Sikom Danmark.

Prosero, a tech-based security company, completed the acquisition of Sikom Danmark, integrated security and surveillance solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re pleased and proud that SIKOM Danmark A/S has chosen to join the Prosero team. We continue to build up Proser’s Danish organization. SIKOM is a strategically important addition because their experience and leading market position as a high-security company will strengthen both the local Danish organization and our other markets.
