RiverStone International to acquire Catalina Insurance Ireland from Catalina Group.

RiverStone International, a provider of legacy solutions in the Lloyd’s market, agreed to acquire Catalina Insurance Ireland, an Irish insurance company, from Catalina Group, a global provider of capital management and risk transfer solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to delivering on our geographical expansion strategy, and in particular our objective to continue to grow our capabilities within the European market," Luke Tanzer, RiverStone International CEO.
