ICR completed the acquisition of Consilium Strategic Communications.

ICR, a company that specializes in investor relations, public relations, crisis and special situations communications, digital branding, social media management, and capital advisory solutions, completed the acquisition of Consilium Strategic Communications, a international strategic healthcare communications and investor relations firm.
