HSBH Holding completed the acquisition of Swiss bussines from Flachglas Group.

HSBH Holding, a holding company in construciton sector, completed the acquisition of Swiss bussines from Flachglas Group, a provider of facade and interior glass for buildings and vehicles along with coating, production and printing technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale of Flachglas Schweiz enables us as a Flachglas Group to realize strategic goals of further strengthening the three remaining locations in Wernberg, Luhe and Osterburg and aligning them with a future orientation.
