Auroora Yhtiöt, a serial acquirer group that owns, acquires and develops indistrial businesses, completed the acquisition of HTT High Tech Technology, an industrial service company that serves the energy, machine and metal industry, as well as the marine industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Auroora operates in the centre of Finnish industry near numerous interesting companies, and we are actively seeking growth in this segment.
