Mark Foods to acquire a seafood division from Arista Industries.

Mark Foods, a provider of premium and environmentally responsible marine products, agreed to acquire a seafood division from Arista Industries, a supplier of a wide range of nutritional supplements, pet food, vegetable, marine, industrial, and essential oil products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to have found a strong partner in Mark Foods.
