Genera, a vertically integrated manufacturer of sustainable and compostable products for foodservice, retail, and consumer packaging, completed the acquisition of Zume, a manufacturing technology company focused on food packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to capitalize on the opportunity to acquire Zume’s assets.
