Scan Global Logistics completed the acquisition of Belglobe.

Scan Global Logistics, a full-service logistics provider offering air freight, sea freight, trucking, and logistics warehousing services, completed the acquisition of Belglobe, a specialised logistics provider offering airfreight, ocean freight and express deliveries solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Being part of a bigger company with global opportunities will benefit both our existing and potential customers.
