GREENPEAK Partners-backed PARATUS completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DB Soft.

GREENPEAK Partners-backed PARATUS, a platform for in-depth assessments of complex hazard interactions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DB Soft, a provider of laboratory information and management systems servicing the major laboratories.
