BDO France, a provider of taxation, audit, assurance, advisory, and business outsourcing services, agreed to acquire June Partners, a management consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased that the expert teams of June Partners are joining BDO France. This integration is a continuation of our strategic plan aimed at doubling in size by 2026 by capitalizing on the multidisciplinarity of our teams. June Partners will be an ally to continue our strong growth and become the 5th largest consulting and auditing firm in France," Arnaud Naudan, BDO France Chairman of the Management Board.
