Pollen Street and Bain Capital-backed Markerstudy completed the acquisition of Atlanta Group from The Ardonagh Group.

Pollen Street and Bain Capital-backed Markerstudy, a provider of claims and administration services to intermediaries, completed the acquisition of Atlanta Group, a provider of personal lines insurance broker, from The Ardonagh Group, a insurance holding company.
