Carlyle-backed Lacour Group, an IT products and services provider, completed the acquisition of Kepler VO, a software solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After this first acquisition, the Lacour Group intends to continue, with the support of CETP, its strategy of external growth and internationalization in order to become the independent leader in its sector in Europe, in a market that is still highly fragmented. The group will continue to rely on its strong investment in R&D and its ability to further assist its clients in their businesses with a complete and innovative offering of value-added services," Lacour Group.
