Procore Technologies, an American construction management software as a service company, completed the acquisition of Unearth, a Seattle startup that develops mapping software for the construction industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This merger wasn’t driven so much by a lack of funding options for Unearth, but rather, good timing and alignment between our Companies,” Brian Saab, Unearth CEO and Co-Founder.
