Bynder to acquire EMRAYS.

Bynder, a digital asset management platform, agreed to acquire EMRAYS, an AI search solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AI within DAM has become a strategic ally for marketers seeking to streamline content operations and improve customer experiences.
