LDC-backed Wifinity completed the acquisition of Next Connex.

LDC-backed Wifinity, a managed internet services provider, completed the acquisition of Next Connex, a company that designs, builds and supports bespoke high-performance network infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re thrilled Next Connex has joined the Wifinity group within our Enterprise division.
