Groupe Duval, a family-owned company in the Real Estate market in France, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Whiterock, a Real Estate asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. The strategic partnership is designed to give Whiterock new levers for growth, in particular a larger investment capacity in a real estate environment offering attractive opportunities for investors.
