Aareal Bank completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Aareal Bank from Atlantic for $100m.

Aareal Bank, a company that offers structured real estate financing, property management, and information technology consulting services for the real estate industry, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Aareal Bank from Atlantic, a non-controlled company indirectly held by funds which are respectively advised, for $100m.
