Manipal Hospitals completed the acquisition of a 84% stake in AMRI Hospitals from Emami Group.

Manipal Hospitals, a private hospital network, completed the acquisition of a 84% stake in AMRI Hospitals, a hospitality chain, from Emami Group, a FMCG company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In an endeavour to focus on our core businesses, we have divested our majority stake in AMRI Hospitals," Aditya Agarwal, Emami Group Director.
