Ellevio completed the acquisition of Markbygden from Svevind and Enercon.

Ellevio, a Swedish electric power distribution company, completed the acquisition of Markbygden, a modern transmission network, from Svevind, a privately owned business group in the renewable energy industry, and Enercon, a wind turbine manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
