Essentra completed the acquisition of BMP TAPPI for €37m.

Essentra, a global provider of essential components and solutions with four global divisions: components, packaging, filters and specialist components, completed the acquisition of BMP TAPPI, a family-owned, Italian manufacturer and distributor of protective caps and plugs, for €37m. "I am pleased to announce the completion of BMP TAPPI, which represents our second bolt-on acquisition as a pure-play components business. This acquisition will strengthen Essentra's product portfolio, unlock further cross-selling opportunities, and will enhance the Group's manufacturing footprint in Europe," Scott Fawcett, Essentra CEO.
