Rheinische Möbelwerke, a furniture company, completed the acquisition of deinSchrank.de Gruppe, an e-commerce D2C pioneer for high-quality custom-made furniture. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, deinSchrank has been acquired by its initial founder Frank Budde, who exited the company in 2022.
