Meridiam completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Montreal Research Center Project from QIC.

Meridiam, an investor and asset manager based in Paris specialized in developing, financing and managing long-term public infrastructure projects, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Montreal Research Center Project, the Project consists of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new Montreal healthcare research center, the Centre de Recherche from QIC, a Government owned investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
