Tebede-backed Spolargruppen Sverige completed the acquisition of Consti Sukitus assets from Consti Building Services.

Tebede-backed Spolargruppen Sverige, a Provider of wastewater and sewage cleaning services, completed the acquisition of Consti Sukitus assets, property-related relining business, from Consti Building Services, a company that offers comprehensive renovation and building technology services and selected new construction services to housing companies, corporations, investors and the public sector in Finland's growth centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of CS, we further strengthen Spolargruppens position as the market leader in property-related relining in Finland.
