Stangeland Gruppen to merge with Jærentreprenør to form AS Betong.

Stangeland Gruppen, a construction company, agreed to merge with Jærentreprenør, a contractor in Norway, to form AS Betong, a general contractor company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are confident in our ability to create a leading national concrete contractor together with Jærentreprenør," Olav Stangeland, Stangeland Gruppen CEO.
