Macquarie Capital Principal Finance to acquire a majority stake in Zenzero Solutions.

Macquarie Capital Principal Finance, a global financial services organisation, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Zenzero Solutions, an IT company, from Fordhouse Capital, a business services focused investor.
