Compagnie De Saint-gobain to acquire Adfil.

Compagnie De Saint-gobain, a manufacturer and distributor of materials and services for construction and industrial markets, agreed to acquire Adfil, a company specialised in synthetic fibre concrete reinforcement. Financial terms were not disclosed. Thanks to this acquisition, Saint-Gobain will be able to offer its clients an enlarged range of solutions including concrete admixtures and fibers accelerating the development of sustainable and high-performance concrete.
