LDC completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Database Service Provider Global from YFM Equity Partners.

LDC, a mid-market private equity house, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Database Service Provider Global, an enterprise data and cloud platform specialist that manages high-performance database and IT infrastructure, from YFM Equity Partners.
