Guardian Capital to acquire a majority stake in Q-Free from Rieber & Søn for £64.3m.

Guardian Capital, a private wealth management private wealth management company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Q-Free, a developer and manufacturer of highly engineered traffic safety technologies that enable safe and connected infrastructure, from Rieber & Søn, a Norwegian food manufacturing company that owns and produces a wide range of products and brands, for £64.3m. “We formed our infrastructure strategy to invest in the growing number of opportunities where digital and traditional infrastructure are converging,” George Mavroudis, Guardian Capital CEO.
