ProofID completed the acquisition of Regatta Solutions Group.

ProofID, a specialist provider of fully managed identity management solutions, both on-premise or cloud hosted, completed the acquisition of Regatta Solutions Group, an identity and access management (IAM) integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Regatta, our customers have access to a much wider set of expertise and competencies whether managing identities within the enterprise or building personalized experiences for their customers," Tom Eggleston, ProofID CEO.
