Korona Invest to acquire a majority stake in SC Software.

Korona Invest, a Finnish private equity firm specialising in buyout and growth investments, agreed to acquire a majority stake in SC Software, a provider of industry-specific solutions and software development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our company operates from a very competitive position that is based on customer-oriented methodology, highly skilled experts, own technology enabling high quality, and a wealth of industry experience. The support from Korona Invest complements our capabilities, and we next aim to grow and strengthen our position in the market even faster.
