Keensight Capital, a European Growth Buyout firm, completed the investment in aconso, a company that specializes in HR Document Management Systems by providing the leading cloud-based HR DMS. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been very impressed with aconso’s growth journey to date, going from strength to strength, and we look forward to exploring new growth strategies especially in Europe and in the US,” Yuri Mikhalev, Keensight Capital Partner.
