Synopsis

Stellantis, a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 on the basis of a 50-50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group, agreed to invest $90m in Argentina Lithium & Energy, a company focused on acquiring high quality lithium projects in Argentina and advancing them toward production. "We are delighted to have Stellantis as a partner in the future development of our lithium projects in Argentina. Together, we share a vision to build a sustainable lithium mining operation for the future.
