Second Nature Brands to acquire Sahale Snacks from The J.M. Smucker Company for $34m.

Second Nature Brands, a creator of snacks and treats, agreed to acquire Sahale Snacks, manufacturer and marketer of nut and fruit snack mixes, from The J.M. Smucker Company, a food manufacturer, for $34m. "Sahale Snacks adds a fantastic super-premium product to our range, considerably broadens our snack mix & nut portfolio and unlocks significant new opportunities for us to help grow the category, which we are very excited about.
